Mr. Syamal Gupta, Director Tata-Sons,
is a leader in one India’s leading corporations and
a passionate supporter of innovation in India.
Mr. Donald Peck is amongst the most successful
Indian Private Equity and social enterprise investors. As
the founder of Lok Capital and Actis in India, Mr. Peck is
credited with supporting the growth of highly successful companies
such as IDFC, UTI Bank and Daksh-IBM.
Ms. Susan Searle, Board Member, is the CEO
of Imperial Innovations Plc, UK and is credited with the creation
of perhaps the world’s most successful technology commercialization
entities.

GVK Bio, is one of India’s leading healthcare executives.
He is an industry stalwart credited with bringing the Indian

Mr. Graham Wrigley, the

Mr. Chris Mathias, our Chairman
and successful serial entrepreneur, who has created over 30
successful businesses, including Conduit Communications. Chris
has a passion for mentoring entrepreneurs and for espousing
the cause of social entrepreneurship in India.
Mr. Rajan Pandhare,
our Vice-Chairman, is also a serial entrepreneur in IT and
Cleantech industries. In addition to founding several successful
IT and renewable energy companies, he was until recently the
Chief Operating Officer of the HIV/AIDS Initiative of former
President Clinton’s Foundation. Ms. Susan Searle, Board
Member, is the CEO of Imperial Innovations Plc, UK and is
credited with the creation of perhaps the world’s most
successful technology commercialization entities.
Mr. D. Mishra, our CEO, is an experienced technology commercialization
expert and serial entrepreneur, with 13+ years of experience
at Stanford Research International, USA.
In addition, we have
a strong network of industry leaders, market experts, entrepreneurs
and patent experts in most of the high growth markets. We
bring these resources to help accelerate the pace and quality
of promising technical inventions.
Mr N. Bapna works in our London office to develop strong relationships with our IP partners. Having been on both sides of the financial fence - as an investor and entrepreneur - he has considerable experience both giving and receiving termsheets.
